If you are thinking about buying a new build, here are three important questions to ask:

❗Who may qualify for this rebate?
The rebate is aimed at eligible buyers of new build homes, and understanding whether you qualify should be one of the first steps before moving forward.

❗How will the rebate actually be received?
Because this is still very new, the process may vary. In some cases, builders may handle it on closing, while in others, buyers may need to apply after closing.

❗Should a lawyer review the builder agreement?
